If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact hello@bond-street.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or refund. After 14 days of receipt, we are unable to accept return requests.

Items must be returned to us for a refund (full-priced items only) or exchange according to the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
  • Your return request has been approved by Bond Street Luxury Nightwear and you have obtained a return authorisation number via hello@bond-street.com.au
  • Your returned item/s arrive at our office within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation.
  • If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
  • Customers are responsible for returning goods back to Bond Street Luxury Nightwear. We recommend using a service that offers tracking as this ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items. Bond Street Luxury Nightwear is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.

Refunds are made against the original credit card or payment method used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving your returned item/s, however, please keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
